As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently process inbound and outbound merchandise to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks) safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate closely with the weekend team to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding orders and shipments promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh location.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
