Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Pack and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and damage-free handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of inventory.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including occasional holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
