Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services as needed
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Support patient education and discharge planning procedures
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Strong weekend availability (mandatory Sat/Sun shifts)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for mobile care units)
