Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and admissions during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Assist medical staff with clinical documentation and billing
- Provide exceptional patient communication and support
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and emergency teams
- Prepare weekend shift reports for weekday handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or medical office experience
- Strong EHR system proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Ohio state healthcare license (or eligible)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
