Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient scheduling and intake procedures during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and medical record management
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families in a fast-paced clinic setting
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance standards
- Support weekend clinic operations including inventory management and equipment sterilization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or healthcare administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekend shifts
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
