Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and care plans for weekend operations
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, providers, and departments

- Support weekend clinic workflows and inventory management
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare coordination experience
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun, 6AM-6PM)
- Certified Medical Assistant or CMA credentials
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- BLS/CPR certification (current or obtainable within 30 days)
