Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during weekend rotations
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- CNA, CMA, or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
