Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Process incoming orders and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Perform daily inventory audits and stock organization to maintain optimal supply levels.
- Assist in opening and closing store operations, including cash handling and security checks.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay suggestions to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
