Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate weekend logistics operations across warehouse and distribution channels
- Process high-volume orders with 99.9% accuracy using proprietary inventory systems
- Lead cross-functional weekend teams to resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time
- Conduct weekend equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Generate end-of-week performance reports with actionable insights
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office Suite
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
