Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and weight restrictions.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding orders and shipment status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte location.
