Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee and execute daily logistics and operational tasks to ensure smooth weekend workflows.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to clients and resolve inquiries or issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, process incoming shipments, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure products and services meet company standards and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with weekend supervisors and fellow associates to meet daily performance goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, digital logs, and reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
