Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets with a high degree of professionalism.
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy during peak weekend hours.
- Ensure the workspace is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend logistics and distribution activities.
- Operate standard office equipment, including scanners and computers.
- Maintain detailed records of daily transactions and operational logs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Valid driver's license (optional, depending on role specifics).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
