Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse workflows and inventory management during the night shift.
- Conduct thorough inventory audits and ensure accurate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all operational areas.
- Lead and coordinate the night shift crew, providing mentorship and ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Document and report daily operational metrics, discrepancies, and maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical or logistics certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and problem-solve in real-time.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory management software.
