Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including order processing, inventory verification, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow and inventory turnover.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and logistical issues with a focus on efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and shipments accurately.
- Perform light physical duties such as lifting boxes (up to 25 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
