Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily store operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide superior service to drive satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise display.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Process returns and exchanges while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills for transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
