Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services during weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with medication administration and treatment protocols
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services as needed
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Support patient education and discharge planning procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care delivery
Qualifications
- Current Indiana state nursing license or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Strong weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- EMR/EHR proficiency preferred
- Background check and drug screening clearance mandatory
