Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during overnight hours (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and treatment responses
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive care coordination
- Maintain sterile environments and strict infection control procedures
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Current NC Nursing Assistant (CNA) or EMT certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
