Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our client base during weekend peak hours.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless handovers.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
