Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-contact resolution.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements for weekend shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and compliance protocols.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new weekend staff members to ensure team cohesion.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in detail for quality assurance purposes.
- Handle escalated issues by coordinating with senior management to find swift, effective solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehousing is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
