We are currently seeking a dedicated and high-energy Weekend Customer Support Specialist to join our operations team in the heart of Boston, MA. Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Accurately log all interactions and resolutions into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to maintain continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate complex technical or procedural issues to senior management.
- Participate in weekly team training and quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Rotating shifts).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
