- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during downtime
- Contribute to a positive team culture through weekend team huddles
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operating hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
