Responsibilities
- Process customer orders with 99% accuracy using our digital fulfillment system
- Coordinate inventory management and warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Track and report operational metrics to shift supervisors
- Train on new technologies and processes during onboarding
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 1+ years customer service or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 2 PM)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional equipment operation
- Background check and drug screen required
