Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and orders.
- Process returns, exchanges, and sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and targets.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
- Answer high-volume phone calls and emails during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
