Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity targets.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and safety meetings.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and escalate critical concerns to upper management.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven leadership experience as a Shift Lead or Supervisor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Las Vegas facility.
