Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and workflow during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance protocols.
- Coordinate with logistics planners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage and resolve operational issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Perform regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment proficiency.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
