Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to maintain stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Load & Unload: Quickly and safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets.
