Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
