Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, shortages, and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update inventory status.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
