Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and ensure proper storage in designated areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
