Responsibilities
- Execute daily order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stockroom organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and safety concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented individual.
