Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment accurately.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills required for inventory and scanning.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor.
- Must be reliable and have a positive work attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
