Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for timely shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the storage area.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
