Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, and accuracy before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover and order fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
