Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks efficiently and safely to ensure timely processing.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before moving it to the storage area.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning items and updating stock logs in the system.
- Keep the workspace organized and clean to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
