Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and verify stock levels against records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
