Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
