Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and package orders accurately, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement for all positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Valid ID: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus but not required.
