Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and legally operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for defects, damage, or compliance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended shifts.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance in previous employment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and managing inventory data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for a collaborative team environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
