Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment before and after shifts.
- Order Picking: Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Forklift Certification: Current forklift certification is a plus (training available if needed).
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
