Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and paperwork.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
