Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Adhere to quality control standards and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
