Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning systems
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
