Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Process inbound shipments and verify received goods against purchase orders
- Maintain clean and efficient work areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
