Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation to our Embarcadero West facility
- Flexible schedule with availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
