Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Perform daily inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctual attendance and work ethic.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using warehouse management software (WMS) or handheld scanners.
