Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package shipments in climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanners
- Collaborate with 5-8 person teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
- Assist in monthly warehouse audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
