Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and staging materials for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
