Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure product availability.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and heavy loads within the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using proper safety equipment and procedures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for overtime when required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work instructions and communicate effectively with team leads.
