Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials and products from trucks using proper equipment
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
