Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in our state-of-the-art DC facility
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our SE DC facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
